Center Your Business On Purpose, Process and People -Featuring Scott Jungles, Tom Estabrook, Todd Whalen, Chris Krimitsos, Danielle Sullivan and Michelle Stephens

Happy Tuesdays and welcome to another informative #TBBOTuesday on #ThatBusinessShow.  Airing M-F from 7am to 9am on Tampa Bay’s 1250WHNZ, we work to bring you Tampa Bay’s community leaders and entrepreneurial all stars.  Find us online at or on our YouTube channel Focusing on positivity and what is right with our community is the message we bring to Tampa Bay each morning.

Opening up the program today was Scott Jungles and Tom Estabrook, Senior US Partners with Symplicity Designs. This company, based in Canada, has expanded operations into Tampa Bay under the guidance of Scott and Tom. The mission of Symplicity Designs is simple – solving customer problems. They help organizations sort things out so that they can make better choices and focus on the actions that will be most impactful to improving the performance of their business. Then if they would like more assistance in implementing they share, train and partner with them to help them create the transformation that they are looking for, doing so by showing them how to use a management system so that they can balance the In and On work and make the improvements sustainable. The central message of all consultations is to remind business leaders of the 3 primary components of a successful business, purpose, process and people. Scott and Tom share stories around each of these business focuses and elaborate on why they are the central points inside any business. Nothing elaborate and they do not claim to have any brilliant strategy around these ideas other than to remind and guide business owners how to stick to them. Have a consultation with them today about your business – 813-440-3302 or visit them online at for more information!

In the 7:30 spot, we welcomed back Todd Whalen, Founder and CEO of Eclipse Building Corporation. Focusing on commercial interior designs and build outs, Todd is a recent implant into the Tampa Bay region as a result of a fluke project that brought him into Tampa. After seeing the opportunity and resources that Tampa has to offer, he decided to relocate his company from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa. Todd is a true entrepreneurial all-star, having worked his way through the construction business from digging ditches and pounding nails as an entry level laborer to running his own business. He bounced back from a business failure after the housing downturn in 2006 to launch Eclipse and today has found his niche in commercial interior designs and build outs. Todd shares with us this story and we touch on being Hurricane Ready in business with some thoughts and guidance from Todd. With industry leading service and maintenance on their jobs combined with a 2 year warranty on work, Todd is your resource for commercial interiors! Reach out to him today at 954-870-7410 or online at

At 8am, we continued #TBBOTuesdays with the Founder of TBBO, Chris Krimitsos. Chris spoke of the podcasting documentary, “The Messengers” and where they are at in the production of this film which he is producing and funding. The trailer of the film has been released and can be seen here On June 20th, Chris is hosting a make up event “Leveraging Crowdfunding For More Than Just Money” which was held last Monday but had light turn out due to Tropical Storm Colin. The next event is at iHeart Radio at 4002 W Gandy Blvd Tampa from 4:30 to 7:30 – tickets are available here – It’s a great event and will not only be on how to CrowdFund, but how to use Crowdfunding as a PR and marketing tool as well.

My guests for the remainder of the program were Danielle Sullivan and Michelle Stephens, best friends and owners of the newly formed Bella Vida Events. Meeting at Ol’ McMickey’s Farm is Pasco County, the two became fast friends and were inspired to launch their company after the success they had in raising funds for a young boy needing help. They were able to attract over 800 to the event and raised $15,000 for the cause. From that, Danielle and Michelle set out to do more good through Bella Vida Events. Their mission is to focus on fundraisers and open house hosting. Danielle is a Realtor and sees the opportunity in open house hosting and talks about this on the segment as well. While they will focus on fundraisers and open houses, they will not turn away any event work as they get their feet wet – visit them online at or give them a call at 813-335-4480.
